Website inquiries
When you use an inquiry form, we collect the name, company, work email and optional message you provide. We use this information only to respond, assess whether an engagement may fit, maintain a business record of the conversation and meet legal obligations.
Website and hosting data
The site host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time and performance or security events. M-Path does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Service providers and location
Website hosting, form processing and email providers may process information on M-Path's behalf, including outside Canada. Providers are selected for a defined business purpose and receive only the access needed to perform that purpose.
Retention
Website inquiries are kept only while needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain reasonable business records or meet legal requirements. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized through the relevant service.
Client information
Before M-Path processes client data, the engagement defines permitted sources, access, confidentiality, retention, removal and human review. Client information is isolated by engagement and handled using least-privilege access. Do not send confidential files, credentials, personal customer information or controlled data through the public inquiry form.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information M-Path holds about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where legal and contractual duties permit. You may also raise a privacy concern using the contact below.
